A 12-year-old student in the Chippewa Valley School District has been charged under a state law that makes terrorist threats criminal offenses. If convicted she could end up under the supervision of the juvenile court until she turns 19. Robert Sedler of the WSU Law School said terrorism charges against children are rare. "But here I think it's really not 9/11, it's Columbine (that officials are concerned about)."
